The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side.
The service of notice to the opposite party is not completed for want of the correct address. Hence, the commission issued a notice to the complainant on 21.03.2023 to furnish the correct address of the opposite party and the notice is seen served on 27.03.2023 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint. Since the complainant is absent from the date of the first posting of the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed as the default of the complainant.
