Learned Counsel appearing for the Decree Holders/Complainants have placed before us a copy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 23.07.2017 entered into between them and the Appellant herein, namely Unitech Limited.  Learned Counsel states that though all the instalments, in terms of the said Settlement, have yet not been

received by the Decree Holders, yet in order to give a quietus to the entire litigation, they have agreed to give some more time to the Appellant herein for complying with the terms of the Settlement.  The said Memo of Settlement is taken on record.

        Be that as it may, in view of the said Settlement, no further orders are called for in this Appeal and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
