                File taken up on a joint application filed by the complainant and OP No.1 with a request to withdraw the present complaint in Pre National Lok Adalat.

                 Learned counsel for the OP has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the OP company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.20,058/- to the complainant within one month from today.

                Learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP and OP company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.20,058/- to the complainant within one month from today. Keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the OP No.1, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat.

                    In view of the statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
