Parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Pursuant to the settlement respondent has tendered a cheque of Rs.25,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of the petitioner in full and final settlement of his claim, which is subject matter of this revision petition. Petitioner has accepted the cheque in full and final settlement, subject to encashment. Parties submit that in view of the settlement revision petition be dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, revision petition is dismissed as fully satisfied. The respondent shall ensure that the cheque given to the petitioner is encashed, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to recover the amount of Rs.25,000/- from the respondent with 24% interest from today till the date of realization.
