Counsel for Complainant and Counsel for OP have got recorded their separate statements to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties. Counsel for OP has brought three cheques bearing No.460197, 460198 & 460199 amounting to Rs.35,000/-, Rs.35,000/- and Rs.30,000/- (Total Rs.1,00,000/-) dated 22.2.2025, 22.3.2024 and 22.4.2025, each drawn at Axis Bank Ltd. favouring Gaurav Uppal, Complainant. Copies of the Cheques have been placed on record. The above said three cheques have been received by Counsel for the Complainant. The OP has assured the encashment of cheques.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Party, the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
