ORDER

Petitioner has filed this application for restoration of the Revision petition. Order dated 06.05.2010 would show that Shri  Mahaling Pandarge, Adv. had appeared for the petitioner and after arguing for some time, he made statement that the Revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and the Revision petition was dismissed as such. In view of this order, the application is misconceived and is dismissed as such.
