ORDER

1.         Sh.Raman Walia,Counsel for OP No.1, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OP No.1 offers to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant in full & final settlement of the dispute within 30 days from today.”

 

2.         Sh.Sarwinder Goyal,Counsel for Complainant, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“On instructions of my client, I accept the offer given by counsel for OP No.1. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

 3.        In view of the statements made by the parties, it is ordered that the OP No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute within 45 days from today, failing which the OP No.1 shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made.

4.         Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

5.         Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
