Today is fixed for ex parte hearing.

Ld. Counsel for the Ops files a petition stating that the matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties as the Ops have deducted the L.P.S.C. as per settlement between the complainant and the Ops. So the Ops have prayed for passing necessary order, otherwise the Ops will suffer irreparable loss and injuries.

The complainant also files a verified  application through the ld. Advocate stating that the matter has been amicably settled out of this Forum by the parties, therefore, there is no grievance against the Ops and is not willing to proceed with this complaint further and prayer is made to dismiss the complaint for non-prosecution.

As both parties by filing petition stating that the matter has been amicably settled out of this Forum and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the complaint further as there is no grievance left against the Ops, the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 125/2018 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
