PER SHRI A. Z. KHWAJA, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER.

Appellant and advocate absent. Record shows that  the original  appellant Mr. Arvind Bondre died in  the year 2019 and thereafter specific directions were given to  bring the legal heirs  on record but no steps  have been taken  by the appellant. It appears  that  the present  appellant  does not wish to pursue the appeal.  Today  also the appellant  and counsel  both are absent.  In view of the same  appeal No. A/17/446 is hereby dismissed in default  for want of steps.  Remaining   appeals  shall  continue.
