                   Hukam Chand Vs. We Care

 

Present:       Sh.D.S.Dahiya Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh.R.K.Sapra Advocate for the opposite party               

                  

                   File put up today on the application filed by ld. counsel for the applicant/complainant for withdrawal of the present complaint. Complainant has made a statement that he has settled the matter with the opposite party in Rs.25000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) and has received the said amount from the opposite party. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made above,  present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and settled before ‘GrahakMadhyasthaSamadhan’.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
