        Counsel for petitioner present.  Heard arguments of the counsel for Petitioner.  Perused the Transfer Application along with affidavit and list of documents filed by the Petitioner. 

On perusing the Transfer Application it reveals that, based on the order passed in CC No.382/2018 by the II Additional DCDRC the Petitioner had filed E.A. No.42/2023 before the II Additional DCDRC.  But as per the order dated: 29.12.2022 in T.A. No.113/2022 all the execution cases pertaining to the respondent have been transferred to III Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.  Hence Petitioner has filed the present Transfer Application praying to get transfer order of her case from II Additional DCDRC to III Additional DCDRC.  In view of the submission made by the Petitioner the Transfer Application filed by the Petitioner is allowed and consequently the order pertaining to the CC No.382/2018 and the E.A. No.42/2023 filed by the petitioner before the II Additional DCDRC was transferred to III Additional DCDRC, Bangalore.
