Mr. S.B. Solat, advocate is present for the appellant.  Learned advocate for the appellant submits that  the appellant – Mr. Arunkumar Singh had died on 01/05/2021. The learned advocate  for the appellant  also  seeks permission  to file  death  certificate  on record.  Perused  the death certificate  as well as pursis. In view of the death certificate  regarding  death  of the appellant and pursis on record, appeal stands abated and as disposed of.
