           Today is fixed for admission hearing.

            Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

            Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of the instant complaint on the ground that the consumer dispute between the parties have been settled amicably. Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant. Perused the prayer coupled with the letter of the complainant.  On perusal of the petition, it appears to us that the consumer dispute between the parties have been settled amicably and the complainant is not willing to proceed the instant case any further. Therefore, we are inclined to allow the prayer of the complainant.

            Hence,

ORDERED

            That the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution as prayed for.

            Thus MA No. 358 of 2018 stands dismissed.
