ORDER

          The parties have amicably settled the dispute. As per settlement  the OP is ready to waive off the pending bills of the complainant and ready to restore the connection of the complainant.  The complainant wants that his post-paid connection be converted into pre-paid connection. The counsel for the OP is agreed to the same.

                   In view of the above, we direct the OP to waive off the pending bills of the complainant, if any.  The Op shall also restore the connection of the complainant and convert his connection from post paid to pre-paid with the same number.  Thereafter, the OP shall give no due certificate to the complainant.  In case the OP fails to  comply with the aforesaid directions  within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, it shall be liable to pay Rs.5000/- as penalty to the complainant.  The complaint stands disposed off accordingly.  

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
