ORDER

Counsel for the Ops has produced on record a copy of cheque of Rs.3000/-  which  has been received by the counsel for the complainant. 

                    In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied. In this regard he has appended a note on the execution application itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
