2.       Vodafone Idea Limited, Anantraj Tech Park, 5^th Floor, Plot No.1, Sector-22, Panchkula (Haryana) through its Authorised Person/Chief Manager.

Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Present:     Complainant in person.

                   Shri Rahul Bali, counsel for OP.

         

                    Today the case was fixed for arguments. Complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. In lieu of that OP has paid ₹6600/- to him being full and final settlement. He further stated that he withdraws the present complaint. 

      In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
