Record is put up on prayer of the DHr. Ld. Advocate for the DHr. is present. Ld. Advocate for the JDr. is also present. An amount of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand) Only in cash is deposited by the DHr., which was received by the DHr. through mistake from the JDr.

 

                                Office to deposit the amount to the State Consumer Welfare Fund, West Bengal as penal damages.

 

                             As the decree has been fully satisfied, the execution case be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction. Record need not be placed in ezlas on the next date.
