                                    O.Ps:    1. VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED, (CIN U64202DL1992PLC088087), represented by its Director, having its office at 8, Major Arterial Road, New Town, Rajarhat, Block AF, DLF IT Park, 15th& 16th Floor, Kolkata, 700 156.

                                    2. The Director, VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED, having its registered office at C 48, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi, 110 020.

                                    3. VODAFONE CARE, Telecommunication Service Provider, represented through its Manager/Proprietor, having its office at R. G. Bhavan, Parbirhata, PO: Sripally, PS. &Dist: Burdwan, PIN – 713 103.

Consumer Complaint No. 195 of 2016

               The Complainant namely Tarak Nath Ghosh along with his Ld. Advocate is present. Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps is also present.

 

               The complainant has filed a petition supported by an affidavit prayed for passing necessary order to dismiss the case for non-prosecution on the ground that the matter in dispute has amicably been settled in between the complainant and the O.Ps. The OPs also submitted a letter dated 17.11.2021 stating that they would not raise any claim of the invoices pertaining to mobile number 9434700438 and similarly the complainant would also not raise any claims has prayed in C.C. No. 195 of 2016 i.e. in this case.

 

               Heard both sides. Both the parties have agreed upon that the case have amicably been settled in between them and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case. Both the sides are also agreed that the case should be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is ordered that this case be and the same is disposed of on compromise and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
