The Complainant does not take any steps nor does he file any reply to show cause. Despite repeated calls nobody appears on behalf of the Complainant till 1.00 P.M.

It is found from the case record that the Complainant is absent for long time without taking any steps. The Complainant also failed to submit any reply to show cause.

Therefore, the Commission is of the view that the Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the Case No. CC/61/2018 be and the same is dismissed for default without any cost.

Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the concerned parties free of cost.
