Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Yoginder Singh Dalal, Advocate for the Opposite parties.

 

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Complainant suffered a statement that in the above case full and final settlement vide cheque no. 505375 dated 04.09.2024 amount of Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand only) has been effected with the opposite party. Hence, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in National Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
