Complainant absent.  The memo of withdrawal of complaint sent by the complainant through post has been received by this office, wherein the complainant has stated that the subject issue between the parties is settled amicably and there is no further claim against the opposite party, hence prays to permit the complainant to withdraw the above case was settled out of court.

     In view of memo filed by the complainant the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn.
