          This is a complaint filed u/s 12  of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the Opposite Parties to pay a sum of Rs.95,000/- towards compensation for loss and mental agony and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of this complaint.        

          2. Notice to the opposite parties were duly served.  The opposite parties appeared through Counsel and filed reply version.  The complainant was examined as CW1 and Exs.C1 to C10 were marked.  One Thiru S. Athmanandha Perumal, General Manager – Legal of OPs examined as RW1 and Ex.R1 was marked.  Hence, the matter was posted for arguments. 

          3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant present.  OP absent.  Counsel Present.  Complainant filed memo and not pressed the complaint.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed as not pressed.    The memo shall form part and parcel of this order.

நான் வோடாபோன் மேல் கொடுத்த வழக்கு நடந்துகொண்டிருக்கும் பொழுதே புகார் தாரராகிய நானும் எதிர்தாரரும்  குறைதீர்ப்பு  மன்றத்தின் வெளியில் பேசி இந்த வழக்கை முடித்துக் கொள்வதாக ஒத்துக்கொண்டேன்.  மேலும் இந்த வழக்கு சம்பந்தமாக  எந்த ஒரு மேல் முறையீடும் செய்யமாட்டேன்  என்று உறுதி அளிக்கிறேன். இந்த வழக்கை வாபஸ் பெறுகிறேன் .
