Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Present:     Complainant in person.

                   Shri Rahul Bali, counsel for OP.

         

                   Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, learned counsel for OP suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the company is ready to make payment of ₹3500/- to the complainant being full and final payment. The aforesaid amount shall be paid to the complainant within a week.

                   On the other hand, complainant appeared and suffered his separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised with the OP, and in view of statement of learned counsel for OP, he withdraws the present complaint.

      In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
