PRESENT

ORDER

(Per- Mr. S. D. MADAKE, Hon’ble President. )

1.                The complainant is present with Advocate.  The opponent is present with Advocate.

2.                We have perused complaint, written statement and all documents produced on record by both parties.

3.                The consumer disputes relates to deficiency  of service on the part of opposite party in respect of bill.

4.                The opposite party denied all allegations specifically and prayed for dismissal of complaint.

5.                During the hearing , we requested both sides for amicable settlement.

6.                Ld. Advocate for complainant and Ld. Advocate for opponent namely Adv. Supriyanka Maurya and Adv. Kiswani persuaded

                   their parties for settlement.

7.                As both parties arrived at settlement, filed withdrawal application duly signed by complainant, opponent and their counsel.

8.                We have verified that settlement was voluntary and terms are reasonable.

9.                Both parties shall act as per terms.

10.              In the result, we  pass the following order.

                                               O R D E R

1.                RBT Complaint case No.262/2011  is disposed of as per consent  terms.

2.                No order as to  cost.

3.                Copy of this order be sent to both parties.
