ORDER

This I.A filed by opposite party stating that the complaint is not maintainable either in law or on facts.  The said complaint has been filed by the complainant alleging the excess bills issued by the opposite parties for the mobile connection used by the complainant.  Thus the complaint clearly attracts Sec. 7 B of Indian Telegraph Act, 1885.  We have no other option but to dismiss the complaint for lack of jurisdiction.  Hence I.A allowed and complaint dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. 

In the result, I.A allowed and complaint dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
