          It may be mentioned here that as per consent letter dated 20.04.2010 the complainant/respondent had agreed to take

US$ 900 equivalent to Rs.45,000/-.  Vide the consent letter, however there is a delay on the part of the petitioner to pay the said amount.  Therefore, as agreed by both the parties we hereby direct that the respondent/complainant is entitled to withdraw Rs.45,000/- which is lying deposited with this Commission and the respondent will also be entitled to interest @ 10% p.a. from 20.04.2010 till realization.

          In case petitioner has deposited more amount than this before the District Forum, the State Commission or this Commission, the same be returned to it within 15 days from today.

          The District Forum/State Commission will calculate the interest and adjust the same from the money already deposited by the petitioner and pay the same to the complainant/respondent without any guarantee or surety.

          Revision petition stands disposed of.
