This Complaint has been filed against the order dated 13.08.2018, passed by the State Commission in Consumer Complaint No. 468 of 2018.  By the said order, the State Commission has proceeded against Opposite Party No.1, the Appellant herein, ex-parte.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that the State Commission has disposed of Consumer Complaint No. 468 of 2018.

In view of the submission, this Appeal is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, with liberty to the Appellant to challenge the substantive order passed by the State Commission in the Complaint, by preferring an Appeal, in accordance with law.
