Counsels for the parties submit that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. As per the terms of settlement, the petitioner/OP shall pay to the respondents/complainants a sum of Rs.1,12,835/- by way of payees account cheque in the name of respondent no.1 Vivek Gupta in full and final settlement of the claim of the respondents. It is, thus, prayed that the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement. In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall be bound by the above terms. In the event of dishonouring of the cheque, the respondents may get the revision petition revived.
