        This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The appeal was filed on 10-02-2014 having some defects indicated and informed to the appellant to remove the defects but neither the defects have been removed even after several opportunities have been given to the appellant, nor anybody is appearing to pursue this appeal, hence this appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
