                   The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the complainant.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
