ORDER

Counsel for the parties present.  The matter has been settled between the parties.  It is agreed that the OP/petitioner will repair/rectify all the defects as per the complaint and otherwise, within a period of 15 days.  They will also give warrantee for six months.  This order is passed in the matter as decree.  The tractor will be brought before the District Forum premises on Monday i.e. 17.11.2011, at 11-00 A.M. sharp.

Parties are given the liberty to take photos.  This order be treated as decree passed by this Commission.  If parties have got some problem, they can approach the Executing Court.  The Opposite Party will pay compensation in the sum of Rs. 2,500/- to the complainant.

The matter stands disposed of being settled.
