Counsel for the parties present.

Arguments heard. The parties have arrived at a settlement, wherein it is stated that OP/Petitioner will change the Diesel Pump. The repairs in the Engine will be done by the Complainant/Respondent at their own cost, either from this service station or from any other service station.

 The needful be done within 30 days. This is a decree, if any problem arises, the parties are advised to appear before the executing court.

The Counsel for the Petitioner will withdraw the 2nd complaint before the civil court.

The matter stands disposed of.
