This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

          2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. Opposite party filed written version denying the allegation of deficiency in service raised by the complainant against the opposite party. Today this case is posted for appearance of the complainant as finally. When the case came up for consideration it is noticed that the complainant is continuously absent since 18.06.2019. This Commission has issued a notice to the complainant for his appearance before this Commission. Inspite of accepting that notice, the complainant has not turned up before this Commission to further proceed with this case. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested for further proceed with this case. Hence we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default.

 

              In the result, the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
