          This order disposes of miscellaneous application No.94 of 2016 filed in First Appeal No.619 of 2014 titled Reliance General Insurance Company Limited versus Vinod Sharma, which was dismissed by this Commission vide order dated January 21^st, 2015.  Since the appeal was dismissed, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/­- deposited at the time of filing the appeal, was directed to be refunded to the complainant. 

2.      By filing the present application, the applicant/Opposite Party seeks refund of the said amount in its favour because the amount awarded alongwith interest has already been paid to the complainant. 

3.      In view of this, the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be refunded to the applicant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
