1.       Learned counsel for the appellants submits on instructions that the appellants do not wish to pursue their appeal (execution) any more and wish to withdraw the same unconditionally.  

2.       In the wake of the above submissions the instant appeal (execution) no. 115 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again on the same issue(s) before this Commission.

3.    The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal (execution) and to their learned counsel as well as to the State Commission within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
