ORDER

This is an application for restoration of the appeal. Appeal, in question was dismissed in default on 7.5.2012. Application for restoration was filed on 15.5.2012, thus the application is within time. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we find that there are sufficient grounds for restoration of the appeal. Application is allowed. The appeal stands restored. List the matter for admission hearing as well as for arguments on the application for condonation of delay, on 23.8.2012.
