                Today the case is fixed for filing reply to contempt application and consideration.

At this stage, the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue the present contempt application as the connection has been restored by the department and he withdraws contempt application.                  

In view of statement of the complainant, the present contempt application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
