Appellant Mr.Rajesh Navranglalji Agrawal is present alongwith advocate Mr.Bharadwaj. Respondent is also present alongwith advocate. It is submitted by learned advocate for appellant Mr.Bharadwaj that the appellant has arrived at settlement with the respondent and thereby the respondent has agreed to withdraw all adverse allegations and claims against the appellant in consideration of  an amount of Rs.18,25,000/- agreed to be paid by appellant, towards full and final settlement. Appellant has also filed joint pursis and the same is duly signed by Mr.Rajesh Navranglalji Agrawal as well as learned advocate for appellant and respondent Mr.Vikrant Upadhyay. Appellant has also sought permission to withdraw the appeal. Appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal and is hereby disposed of in terms of joint pursis, which is placed on record and also duly signed by both parties. Refund is allowed in terms of joint pursis filed on record.
