ORDER

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have voluntarily settled their dispute and have also executed settlement agreement dated 02.02.2023.  Copy of the same has been filed.

          The present Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.  Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of this settlement. 

          In terms of the settlement, it is ordered that the amount, which had been deposited by the Appellants before the State Commission under directions dated 01.09.2017 of this Commission, shall be released to the Appellants along with interest accrued thereon, if any.
