JUDGMENT

           

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present by filing hazira. Today is fixed for admission hearing. Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

 

           On careful scrutiny of the materials on record it appears the case has been filed on 31.03.2021. Since long after the complainant is found absent. Today Ld. Advocate for the complainant has prayed before this commission to allow him for admission hearing. The prayer is allowed and cost of Rs. 2,000/- is payable to the Consumer Legal Aid Account.

 

          On a close scrutiny of the materials on record and list document is supplied by the complainant it appears that Vijaya Bank presently Bank of Baroda’s bond which cannot be considered under the C.P. Act, 1986.

 

          Hence, the case is dismissed.
