            The complainant in this case last appeared on 21.1.2020.  She was absent on 02.02.2021, 03.04.2021, 06.10.2021 and 23.3.2022.  Even today no one is present on behalf of the complainant. We find from the record that the complainant  is seeking relief against Videocon/OP.2.  Counsel for OP.2 has filed an application on record requesting to adjourn the matter sine die since insolvency proceedings against it  are pending before NCLT, Mumbai.   In view of this fact, the matter is adjourned  sine die with liberty to the complainant  to get it revived as and when the occasion arises.
