  Notice in this case was issued to the OPs.  However, the same were returned undelivered.  Again notice was directed to be issued to OPs for 30.04.2020 but it seems that the same has not been issued by the Registry.  However, we find from the memo of parties that Videocon Industries Limited is the OP.2 against which in other similar  cases listed before this Commission, insolvency proceedings are going on and the same have been adjourned sine die.   For the same reason, the proceedings in this case are adjourned sine die with liberty to the complainant to get the matter revived as soon as the insolvency proceedings are concluded.
