Since morning despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared nor their counsel has appeared. The present complaint was filed on 01.09.2020. As per record complainant is not appearing since 15.12.2021.

Today also complainant has neither appeared nor taken steps vide order dated 07.01.2021.

It appears  that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint therefore present complaint is dismissed for non appearance as well as for non prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
