                The complainant in this case last appeared on 04.11.2019.  She was absent on 12.12.2019, 08.10.2020, 11.12.2020, 23.02.2021, 09.09.2021 and 17.02.2022.  Even today no one is present on behalf of the complainant. We find from the record that the complainant  is seeking relief against Videocon/OP.2  against which insolvency proceedings are going on.    In view of this fact, the matter is adjourned  sine die with liberty to the complainant  to get it revived as and when the occasion arises.
