Present : None

          Perusal of the record shows that present complaint was filed on 04/09/2019 and the complainant was not appearing before this commission since 06/01/2010.  It further seems that complainant was tried to contact on 18/11/2020 but he was not available.  It is stated vide order dated 25/11/2020 that the Mob. No. provided by the complainant is not reachable. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter hence the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
