None present for the Appellant as well as for the Respondent though notices sent to both the parties.  We had sent notice to Appellant by ordinary post has come back with the postal acknowledgement that ‘addressee has left the address’.  In the appeal compilation there is no any other address of the Appellant and therefore, since Appellant is not traceable appeal is dismissed for default.
