                   Counsel for the OP has filed on record and application whereby it is stated that the insolvency proceedings against the co. is pending before the Supreme Court and accordingly the matter may be treated as sine-die.

         

Counsel for the OP undertakes to supply copy of the application to the complainant also within one week.  In these circumstance the matter adjourned sine-die.
