Complainant filed a settlement memo before the Commission stating that the opposite parties had made a payment of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) to the complainant vide Ref. ID CMS 3984855362 dated 08/03/2024 in full and final satisfaction of the complainant and hence he intends to withdraw the complaint. Based on the withdrawal petition filed by the complainant the case is closed as ‘withdrawn’
