          Complainant absent.  No representation.  Opposite party appeared and filed an email communication showing that the opposite party has explained the reason even prior to the filing of the complainant regarding the change in the MRP and expressed willingness to refund the excess collected, provided that complainant furnishes bank account to which the amount is to be refunded.  Complainant, without furnishing the details of bank account, close to file this complainant.  Today he is absent also.  Hence we find complainant is not interest to prosecute the matters.  Complaint dismissed.
