Respondents are not present despite service.  Ordered to be proceeded ex parte.

       Counsel for the petitioner contends that this Revision Petition was to be disposed of along with First Appeal No.362/2006, as the

point involved in the said appeal is the same as the point involved in the present Revision Petition.   He further submits that First Appeal No.362/2006 was disposed of by this Commission vide its order dated 22.04.2009 along with a number of other cases and this Revision Petition be also disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Commission on 22.4.2009 in First Appeal No.362/2006 Agricultural Insurance Co. of India Ltd. Vs The Farmers Service Co-operative Society Ltd.”

       Petitioner is directed to appear before the District Forum on 09.5.2011.

            Since it is an old case, we direct the District Forum to dispose of the complaint within four months from the date of appearance of the respondent.
